I purchased a package but I haven't received it yet
It is possible that your purchase has been subject to security analysis on the purchase platform used by you. Check approval deadlines for each payment method here. But if you already have proof of payment received via email, contact us through Technical Support and we will check what happened.
When I purchased the package my inventory was full and the items did not arrive
To receive the remaining items, just leave slots available in your Cargo Guard, close the game completely and then log back into your account. If the items still do not arrive, or only partially arrive, contact us through Technical Support and we will check what happened.
I bought the package through the wrong account
If you purchased a package in one account and would like to transfer it to another account that is within the same server, contact us by opening a ticket in the category Problems with Top Up at Technical Support and inform the date and approximate time of purchase, which package recharge was purchased, and to which account ID you want to transfer the items.
Note: Remembering that the accounts must be on the same server and no item or NP in the package may have been consumed for this transfer to take place.
I bought the package through the wrong server
If you purchased a pack on the wrong server and would like to transfer the items to the right server, please contact us by opening a ticket in the category Problems with Recharge at Technical Support and inform the date and approximate time of purchase, which recharge pack was purchased , and which account ID and server you want to transfer the items to.
Note: Remember to inform which server the purchase was made on, and which server you want the package to be transferred to, in addition to that no item or NP of the package may have been consumed for this transfer to be carried out.
