How can I change my numeric password?

A: Access the account where the password will be changed, include the current numerical password, click on 'Change', choose the new password and click on 'Change' again. Confirm your password by including it again and click change. Done, successfully changed password.

A: Access the WYD Global website, log in the account where the password will be changed by clicking on 'Login'. Click on 'Change Password', enter your old password and new password, confirm your password. Done, successfully changed password.

How can I retrieve my numeric or game password?
A: Access the official WYD Global website, click on 'Login' in the upper right corner of the website. Click on 'forgot login or password?', include the account ID in the fill field. An email will be sent with the game password and numeric password.

How can I retrieve my IDs?

A: Access the official WYD Global website, click on 'Login' in the upper right corner of the website. Click on 'forgot login or password?', include the email that was linked to the account. An email will be sent with all IDs linked to the email.
My account was hacked, what should I do?
A: First, if you still have access to the account, change your password (follow step 2 on this page). After that, contact Technical Support informing in detail everything that happened. When creating a ticket in the Inform Account Invasion/Theft category, bring important information such as: a list of items removed, the date of your last login and a front and back photo of your CPF document.

How can I change or recover my email and unlink my App account?
A: Contact Technical Support by opening a ticket and filling in all mandatory fields, as these procedures cannot be performed manually by the player.
