This item is used to refine the core and facilitate the mount improvement process. The item composition is performed in Erion in the NPC Conjurer Ehre and to compose a pack with 100 units are needed:

• 5 magic seals
• 100 lac dust
• 1kk in gold

There are no flaws in this composition.

After performing the procedure, simply use the Mount Growth Stabilizer in the core of the desired mount. It's possible to refine the core individually just by playing the stabilizer or refine a pack of cores through a composition system also found in NPC Conjurer Ehre. It is important to remember that there are no flaws in the core refining process. After performing the aforementioned procedures, just use it on the desired mount, and the greater the refinement, the greater the chance of success!
